The applause at the end are a good indication of how this went. Everyone being nice cause she has the power to ruin them all. But rolling their eyes when she isn’t sure if it is pronounced “mi - Minecraft..? Minecraft!” . Obviously a CEO cannot be familiar with every channel on the platform but there is a clear disconnect here.
